Es un hotel muy cómodo, está frente a uno de los principales malls de San Antonio. La habitación amplia y muy limpia. Tiene la gran ventaja de que cuenta con shuttles del aeropuerto al hotel y al mall. Yo sí regreso!.

Service and food at breakfast in the restaurant were very good. Refills from waiters very well done, food on buffet was excellent.
It's kind of a toss up whether or not I would reccommend. It was raining & when I attempted to park under the front portico, your shuttle drive rudely 'cut' in front of me and I had to let four people out in the downpour. he didn't seem to care at all. Front desk service was poor & maybe that's why your shuttle driver was untrained.

The inner courtyard/patio was great when it wasn't overrun with screaming children at the pool.
There was only one working lobby elevator the entire stay (one week).

La relación calidad precio, el transporte gratis al aeropuerto y la ubicación, ya que teníamos que tomar el avión temprano y el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto.
Un elevador estaba en mantenimiento y se armó un caos para subir a la hora del desayuno

Había hormigas y pedí una pulsera a Amazon y nunca apareció, aunque me confirmaron que había llegado

En primer lugarel personal que está en front desk es muy amable , siempre lo reciben con una sonrisa, y a pesar que uno maneje el idioma inglés si ven que hay algúna duda hablan en español.
Eso es un plus ya que dan confianza al huésped.
No necesariamente . Solo me gustaría comentar que la atención por teléfono de servicio a cuarto no fue tan cálida ni tan paciente como en otras secciones.

Las galletas de recepcion
El baño tapado en la regadera y no se nos surtieron articulos de limpeza, hasta que fuimos a reclamar a recepcion.
las sabanas, no se cambiaron y estaban sucias y olian mal desde que llegamos.
de verdad necesita una muy buena remodelacion este hotel.
aclarando que en una ocasion anterior, ya habiamos disfrutado de un double tree, pero en san diego, y la verdad es un mundo diferencia, obviamente el de san diego muchisimo mejor.

The cookies were delicious. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed the lounge and the food served there. The bartender was very professional and did a great job. Staff that transported us from airport and then to car rental place were also great.
We had a hard time finding the room initially - it was not obvious to us that you had to go through another set of doors to get to our room. Better signage would have been helpful.
