There was a young man named John working behind the counter on Feb 17, he made everybody smile. If I had any position that
required a person to work with the public, I would do my best to steal this young man from this position and hire him myself. He
was outstanding, one of the best I have ever encountered.

The suite we stayed in was very generous is size, clean, and private. The staff was excellent, anything we needed they promptly helped with and found answers for our questions. Thanks for the nice customer service.

Size of room, refrig in room, breakfast vouchers, friendliness of staff.
We were on the front parking lot side so it was a bit noisy at times. The other thing is the slamming of doors. The room doors all slam LOUDLY unless you take the time to close them carefully. Not the fault of the hotel; I know it's probably a fire regulation. It's just a bummer that guests let the doors slam at 6:30 in the morning.
