The location and the restaurant
Room was way too far the lobby and the elevator was not working and the stairs was the only way to the room

All of the staff were very friendly and accomidating. our mani pedis and massage were outstanding. there is no doubt I will do this again. our room was very nice with a beautiful view. great time can't wait to do it again

My wife and I enjoyed the spacious room. We also enjoyed the spa amenities such as the pool and Jacuzzi.
The sauna in the men's locker area was not in service.

The room was quiet and comfortable. And the bed was comfortable as well. I loved the balcony overlooking the bay, and the paper delivered each morning.
It would have been nice to have a small beach. Putting some sand down on Tampa Bay would be a great addition to the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa.

Saturday morning Nov 1 at 3:30am people in pool and pool side, very loud and went on till 4:30
Sunday morning Nov 2 2:30 am people outside our room talking very loud and went on till 4:15am.
So we did not get very much sleep. We were in room 239. We were in town visiting our son and his family. They recommended we stay at the Spa. We liked the Spa, but would be very, very concerned about staying again on our next visit, due to noise and lack of security.

1. The staff at the tiki bar were not attentative and took way to long to serve and seemed to be uninterested in their jobs or the people.
2. Housekeeping walked into our room at 9:30 while my wife was in shower and woke me up from a deep sleep as they came thru thr door...why dont they wait till after we check out...
They were lucky they didnt get shot..
3. Erronuous charges appeared on my charge card...still waiting for it to get resolved
