Convenience of location, and staff was extra friendly and helpful.
The giant support in the room that detracted from size/mobility within the room. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

Everyone was friendly while being professional. I appreciated being able to use the treadmill while there ass, being from Florida, it was way too cold for me to be outside!
