It was a great place to stay with young children. It was conveniently located for the events to which we were going that weekend.

Lovely room and location - great value. Nice to have cold water in the lobby. My mom (85) couldn't walk as far as Old Towne so the shuttle driver gave us a lift which was very nice. I think if you advertised this as being available that more people would pick your hotel. Had a great stay. Thank you!

The location was excellent!
I was disappointed at the staff in the front desk when I wanted to leave a feedback at the moment of my check out. My feedback was that Housekeeping should make sure to TURN OFF the alarm in the bedrooms as part of the routing since I got an alarm at 3:30am and my 10 and 12 years old got up scare because it was very loud not to mention that I was going to run a half marathon the next morning.... The lady at the front desk said that that was not part of the housekeeping job. I could not believe what I had just hear. Thanks for reading this message and hope that they may listen to you.
