Every thing we wanted was there or very close at hand.
Was not really fond of the bathroom set up. It was very small and we didn't like having a sink outside of the actual bathroom.

Your staff was wonderful and the place was great.
The room cleanliness was bad. There were old pop bottles under the bed and gummie bears under all the furniture.

Why do you charge extra for an extra person in the room if you don't give us extra shampoo or towels or anything else?

Even though waterpark was very busy, it didn't seem to affect the availability of slides, etc. Waterpark probably better suited to children 14 and under. Only two decent sized water slides. Our children were 5, 8, and 10 so it was perfect for us.
First, my own fault that I missed the small print that said the waterpark wasn't open on Monday. Saw the closed Monday through Wednesday but also thought it indicated that during Spring Break that it was open. Oh well, had a good time anyways since we stayed an extra day. Definitely were short on staff. Especially in arcade which seemed to be having many problems with token dispensers and ticket counters being out of service.

Facile da trovare. È piaciuto l'arredamento. La colazione era buona. Sala riunioni era confortevole, ben illuminato. Il personale era educato, gentile.
