The shuttle that ran every 20 mins. Leaving from O Hare Airport can be vary stressful staying at Double Tree made it a pleasant experience
We were there only one night but there are no complaints

Within walking distance of the Convention Center. The staff at the restaurant was courteous.
Charge for parking at the hotel, used hotel soap in the soap dish and used, half empty bottle of hotel lotion in the room. Taking those things into consideration, a little pricey. Staff at the desk not particularly helpful.

Good hotel.
Finding your way in the parking lot, as well as figuring out the payment instructions were confusing for a first time user. The hotel should have a sign outside by the entrance directing arriving guests to check in and unload their luggage at the lobby entrance instead of parking first and having to carry everything to the lobby.
