Beautiful room on the 6th floor. Bathroom was gorgeous. The pool is lovely - a delightful temperature for the water and air.

The hotel and staff fulfilled my expectations for a five star facility. I will return whenever I am in Richmond.

I stayed in one of their renovated rooms. It was a nice size and comfortably furnished. Both my husband and I had a comfortable upholstered chair to sit in. The bathroom was large and luxurious, including a free standing soaking tub. Wonderful place to stay.
I would like them to add some towel bars. I know the newest thing is to lay towels all over the bathroom but I much prefer the tidiness of towel bars.

It is a lovely hotel. We had a terrific meal at Le Maire. On one night they did not do our turn down even after we called and asked for it as we were going out for the evening. Otherwise the staff was terrific; particularly the concierge and front desk.
