Super room--super concierge staff--hotel staff and facilities are special. I plan to return with my wife for a 3 day visit.
The bar presentation and staff are very ordinary --to be kind. I did not enjoy the food and drink while sitting at the bar. They seemed to have have a far less attractive/ambitious standard of service than the hotel. Same thing with the coffee shop down stairs---at a minimum it needs to be cleaned and far too messy/overcrowded.

The appearance of this beautiful place and it is clear how well_ trained the staff is, you were greeted by all from the room maids /through attendants, waiters, bell hops , drivers, everyone, food good quality and reasonable price, luxury made affordable
No some minor problems BUT the management was wise enough to make it up with a modest but heartfelt effort!

Every aspect of the room reflected a thoughtful approach to what guests might require during their stay. The staff we interacted with from the valet parking, bellman, front desk, servers at TJ's Restaurant, room support, and the concierge, were all pleasant and helpful,
