Liked everything about the hotel....BUT what I didn't like was booking on your website. I did not know you had to pick US dollars to pay when you live in the United States. I was charged in pounds and ALSO a exchange fee. I will never use this website again.
Yes, the resort fee. This charge should be included in the price of the room quoted.

I have staid at this hotel since 2011, hotel keeps on remodeling and improving on awesomeness, I love the ammenities and the nonsmoking areas,
Thanks for giving us that smoke-free zone
Please increase the non smoking areas, and the current areas make signs more visible, so, this way smokers do not light their sigaretts

I like that they allow dogs. I like that they are near the Truckee River. The food and service was great at the Grand Cafe.
Unless you use valet, it is hard to get parking close to the entry. The close spaces are for disabled or preferred members.
