Rooms were superb! Very good value on cost of room. Food in restaurants was very good.

Room was excellent, 5 star quality and tons to do... just perfect for me.
Smoking should limited to Casino area or designated area.... not like its everywhere in the hotel, waiting area, hall way, smoke everywhere.... for a non-smoker, its a headache.

I stayed two deferent times in one week. The first nights I was on the 16th floor, rooms were very nice! The second time was on the 4th floor, older but clean. I wish I had stayed up on the newer section.
I get tried of the smoke. Wish there as better ventilation.

The staff was very attentive, the facility was clean and organized... The room was very comfortable ... It’s been years since I stayed in Rrno, but I’ll be back son !

The desk staff were excellent , we arrived late and were checked in in no time , we were given a free upgrade as the room we had booked was not available . We allowed to keep the upgraded room for the whole three days we stayed . The price we paid was very competitive compared to other Reno hotels but the hotel was much better quality . I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay in Reno .
