There was so much for the kids to do
They weren’t able to accommodate the huge number of checkins for the holidays so there was t bell hop service available for us.

Fantastic hotel we were in Reno to visit our Grandchildren, they loved the ice skating, bowling, smores and hot chocolate after ice skating and so nice to have a theatre on site with kids movies!!! Wonderful family resort, we will be back soon!

We liked that this hotel is offering so many activities for the kids! The rooms are clean and very nice. Good variety of the quality restaurants.
We ordered a movie in a room (paid $20 for one movie), and we fall asleep at the very beginning. The next day we wanted to watch it ( it is available for 24 hours) and surprised that there is no Play Back option!! When I called the reception, I was told that there is no playback option available and if we watched the movie for 2 minutes we cannot get a refund. Another inconvenience is that there are no air circulation in the bathroom: no fan, no air going out of it!!! Well, that was annoying with 2 kids in the room using it one after another.

The room was really nice. I've paid the same price for rooms that were totally nasty and in unacceptable condition at different hotels. The GSR wasn't like that at all it was a great room.
I didn't like the fact that the resteraunt charges me a $4 "to go fee" when I went downstairs to grab a very overpriced burger from the late night menu U

Though the clientele is not particularly upscale, the hotel is. Nice amenities, great staff, good restaurant options. Rooms are large, modern and very comfortable.
