The staff was very nice and the room was clean.
The hot tub was nothing more than lukewarm. No useable.

I picked it because of its location close to the Deschutes County fairgrounds. I had stayed at this location several years ago and so was familiar with the location.

I was very disappointed in the size of the bed. I booked a king, called the front desk and they said yes, I did have a king bed. I dropped the issue, but no way was it a king bed.

The room we were booked in was freezing-They knew they were going to assign us that room ahead of time- it was inexuseable that they did not turn on the heat ahead of time-instead we were given extra blankets. A blizzard was predicted two days before our departure. When I went out to my rental car at 5 AM to dig the car out of a foot and a half of new snow I could not get out of the parking lot because they did not plow it. WE missed our flight

We expected table and couple of chairs in the room. Would have been nice.
