The staff are the friendliest and most welcoming I have ever encountered anywhere. I don't mean just the proper professional warmth as generated in most places, these people are genuine PLUS and it makes such an incredible difference.

It's always clean and well maintained, but the staff are far and above the most welcoming, service oriented and courteous team I've ever encountered.

Nice clean rooms and nice TV. Also the soap dispensers in shower were neat.

A full breakfast served, saved on going for breakfast somewhere else!
Inside of windows could have been kept cleaner, and minus the fingerprints and haphazard rag swipes. Couldn't enjoy the view trying to look through this. Also the curtains were not attached to the rod in places, making them look unkempt.

Hotel tranquillo, di base. Palestra piccola, ma adeguata. La colazione era buona.
Abbastanza lontano dalla parte principale di Red Deer. No dove intorno all'hotel che ho potuto raggiungere a piedi. Piuttosto isolata., Anche se buon approccio per l'autostrada 2.
