The staff,especially the doormen and bellhops, were outstanding. They referred us to restaurants and gave us ideas of things to do. The bed was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Your staff was friendly and quite helpful at all times. Ms Herrington at the front desk was exceptionally helpful when I arrived.
The parking was somewhat confusing especially on arrival. Finding the lobby was difficult.

We were fortunate enough to stay on the 14th floor in a suite. It was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay very much. The lounge had just the right atmosphere. Plenty of assistance from staff, but not intrusive. And the coffee machine was amazing.

Being able to see view the river from our room.
Too much furniture in an already small room. Made it hard for just 2 people to move around.

Stunning hotel, excellent service, staff willing to take that extra step, excellent location, great view from the room,
The breakfast was very disappointing and not worth it. The bar area and staff is excellent, but small. Massage spa area is ok.
