The staff, location and the room were all nice.
We booked your hotel primarily because of the location, cost and the swimming pool! unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed for repairs and that was not indicated when we booked our stay. Would love to give you another try but not sure if we will.

The staff were friendly and very helpful
Remote was missing from room and then didn't work when I got one. Also the printer at the lobby computer didn't work. I did finally get the remote to the tv working by reprogramming it myself.

A great place to stay while visiting in the area. Clean, quiet. Good locations. Friendly and helpful staff. A good hot breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The whole place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly
One reason we stay their is to use the pool, my wife loves to swim and we had grand kids with use, the pool was so cold are grandsons lips where turning blue

Very quiet great breakfast included; and lovely view on deck
rooms were nice size.

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast food good and a large group was allowed to visit. We were there for an anniversary party. Staff person, Jenn, was unobtrusive, efficient and helpful during the party.
Major complaint was the discomfort of the bed... much too hard, so i did not sleep much at all. It was a common complaint among people in our group. The water in the rooms tasted very bad, but i understand that this is a problem in Pullman. Not sure that you could do anything to help this other than provide filtered water for guest to fill water bottles from, perhaps in the lobby. The water at the reception tasted OK. There were only two bath towels in the room which seemed a bit low given the price of the room.

Il fatto che ho potuto aprire la finestra per l'aria fresca, in quanto i prodotti per la pulizia odore terribile!
L'odore forte dei prodotti cleeaning. Il tappeto era il modo più dovuto per uno shampoo, non è piacevole.
