The staff in the bingo hall are the kindest most helpful people I have ever met. They make you feel like family. We plan on going back for future trips

It was convenient for where we needed to be...the room views were very nice and our room was conveniently located close to the pool area.
It should have had better signage up in the casino that was attached so you could find your way back alot easier...

It was our first time to Mystic Lake and we really enjoyed our time. The steakhouse restaurant was fantastic (had the prime rib). And overall, it was a fun atmosphere.
Cigarette smoke. I had to convince myself to not let it ruin our time at Mystic Lake but it was hard. You couldn't escape it anywhere you went, even in our non-smoking room. I'm not used to being around it and it was really awful.
