Everyone was quite friendly and cheerful and helpful.
Just some suggestions:
There were two bath towels, and one hand towel and one washcloth in a penthouse room for two. We eventually received additional linens.
There is no phonebook...to research restaurants, addresses or phone numbers of residents.
Our mattress was comfortable except for the dip in the middle.

Nice room although the walls are a bit thin and people talk quite loudly on the hallways. Clean bathroom, fast friendly check in and check out.
Its not the hotel's fault but the car alarms down on the street at 3 a.m. made us crazy. The hotel was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
No coffee to grab in the morning without sitting for breakfast.
