Being close to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle. Very clean. Had a remarkable burger in the bar!
For seniors I thought the price was a little high.

Mike the check in person was wonderful to me and my two grandchildren. Asked if we wanted room near the pool or upstairs. Very caring. We were there for just one night. End of spring break for my two grandkids ages 9 and 10. I live within 7 miles of hotel but wanted the kids to have a fun day swimming in the huge pool at the Shilo.

The ability to park our car for 9 days and a shuttle to and from the airport. Will do that again!
We celebrated a Family Birthday at the Hotel and was delighted to see a 10% discount off for dinner in our room when we checked in. Since we picked up the tab for all 7 people it would have been nice when we paid that we hadn't realized it had expired 12/31/12 - almost 3 months old. Still thinking of calling of Shilo ....

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location was easy to get to/from.
No outdoor seating. One day it was beautiful outside & the only place we could find was out through the pool area by the back door.
