Staff in the lounge were great both in the afternoon and the evening. Sorry we don't know their names.
Room air conditioner was so noisy we had a very difficult time sleeping. Extra charge for the parking was unexpected and spaces were extremely small. Can't complete this survey. What do you consider young or mature? Ridiculous way to express a question.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable,and the location is fantastic.
The person at the desk was not very helpful when we checked in; we had to ask every question that should be "rote" for desk check-in staff, and she wasn't terribly friendly. But, we were checked in ok, and maybe it was a bad day for her.

We had a wonderful room overlooking the port. We enjoyed are night very much and hope to return soon. Thank you
