I am short so I found it hard to make coffee. The coffee machine should have been placed on the bottom shelf next to the sink and not at the top. I had to unplug it then put the filter then the water and it was hard to put it back at the top. Maybe this could be a suggestion. Everything else was great!

I was able to add on an additional night's stay at teh very last moment. The front desk was very accomodating and helped with my request. I did not NOT have to move rooms. AWESOME!!
Too many dogs allowed into the breakfast room area. There was too much yipping and yapping from a couple of dogs. Hotel Staff should ahve requested that these dogs remain inside their owners' rooms and not be allowed into or near the breakfast area.

The location, restaurant-pub right on the premise, I didn't know there was a gym but I'll be prepared the next time I visit, rooms, lobby and public restrooms were clean.

The room was lovely, so roomy and bright. I liked that there was plenty of lights, lamps, overhead light. The area with sink, refrigerator and microwave, with countertops was outstanding. The bathroom was ideal. Could not have been more satisfied. Will definitely by returning. The morning breakfast was also wonderful
The pool area is definitely "kid friendly", and family oriented. But not enough to keep us away.

Ambiente piacevole, camera premuroso per portatori di handicap, personale gradevoli alla richiesta di prenotazione in tempo supplementare.
