Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport

The staff wad bery helpful. We needed to layover our flight and needed a stop at a pharmacy. The shuttle made it so convenient. The room service choices for a light meal at a reasonable price were great. Would stay again!

Peace and quiet, attentive transportation to-from the airport, cordial front desk personnel

At dinner time, we chose outdoor seats. Bad choice. Flies all over the place and very tiny, determined ants on our table I must have constantly swept a total of 100 tiny ants off our table. We could have gone back inside, but we stuck it out. Food-wise, I'm very easy to please; but my burger was rather blah/bland. The room/suite was fine. Too few, too small, wastebaskets, but possibly we had too much to toss out. The "freebee" shampoo and conditioner tiny containers were extremely slippery and hard to open. Have your shampoo/conditioner provider "remanufacture" with graspable ridges on the exterior of the containers. Also, once they're inevitably dropped in the tub (in shower status), they're almost invisible to find! I laughed about it. Help! ;-) Very nice place. Front desk people very helpful, patient, and kind. I'd recommend you to others. I like the airport accessibility and transportation.

Loved the wonderfully spacious suite. Kitchenette with granite countertops and a small dishwasher was a surprise as well as a nice living room area. I didnt want to leave.

Just that there was only a Waffle House in the area . Some more dining options in the area would have been nice. This would not affect me from staying there next trip however. The location to the airport and great room was well worth it.

Nice staff

It was a little upscale and very nice.

I had a huge room - much more space than I really needed. The place was modern and clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the airport to hotel was very good, fast, and stress free.
