Overall, a solid value and a nice hotel. Would stay again.
The lobby bar wait staff was a little confused at times and a little slow to check on drinks for our group.

Friendly staff, free self parking
I love a normal strength coffee but do not care for Starbucks at all. It is way too strong and I don't care for the taste. I wish there had been alternate available.

Valet, Limo and housekeeping staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. Whenever I am anywhere near Peoria, I will be staying here.

All the staff except at the lounge were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very convenient if you are visiting the civic center.
It says you have bath robes, there were none. Also there were four people in the room and only towels for 3.

We were able to check out an hour later at 1p.m. which was nice.. Orur room service was very fast at breakfast.The Eggs Benedict was amazing!
I don't recall automatic door openers to the crosswalk areas for handicap. Our room was wonderful but maybe we selected a room a bit too big as the tv was a too far from the beds. When the air conditioner register engaged periodically through the night it was disturbingly loud. the bathroom was nice and big but a bench seat at the sink or wall would be nice

Rooms were nice, service in the bar and restaurant was very good.
No refrigerator or make-up mirror in the room. Gentlemen who helped us check in was lacking a bit in customer service. Just checked us in, didn't ask if we had questions, or what our plans were during our stay. Didn't mention any amenities. This was isolated as when I returned to the front desk with questions, they other staff were very helpful.
