Staff was friendly and professional; the hotel location was convenient and met my travel needs for pets and services.

It was so clean, outfitted with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, the beds were incredible and so was the cost

The room was ready as reserved.

There is a damp and musty smell in the entire building. Room was unfinished with holes in the walls and fans that did not fit.

The room was very clean and we had everything they said they would have for us. The continental breakfast was great as well.

I was in West Salem for a family get-together at Vet's Park in West Salem. I went to the hotel at about 11:00 am to see if I could check-in, get a key to my room, telling them I would not even be in the room until approx 11:00pm that day. He would not let me do that. So, I had to leave my family get-together after 2:00pm, right in the middle of it to run back there to get a room key. I was very happy about that. I have stayed in other motels many times and allowed an early check-in so I could go about my business and get back to a room later at night. To make a long story short, they knew who was checking out that day, they could have assigned me a room knowing I wouldn't even be there to stay until 10:00 or 11:00pm and saved me a double trip.

Convenience to my work travel schedule/ the staff

The alarm clock was not adjustable for hours -- only for minutes. The bathroom had no place to put personal toiletries. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You cannot walk to a restaurant, store, etc.

The shower curtain stunk. Be sure these are washed once in a while. Also, the edges of the carpet around the rooms need to be vacuumed.
