Staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions we were looking for although the 5 inches of snow that fell during the night was totally unacceptable. We will definately stay there again next time we are in that area

We thought the price was very competitive. The breakfast was very adequate. It was nice to be on the first floor.

While it is an older hotel, it was quiet and the room was clean.

The location was convenient and the cost was relatively low.
There were signs on the counter that appeared to have been there for a while that stated that both the hot tub and the internet (not just the wifi, all internet) was unavailable. This REALLY caused problems for me as I needed to get work done and could not without connectivity. The staff was fairly aloof about the issues as well, offering no sincere apologies or reason for the outage.
