Even though the place was full of families, the rooms were quiet. The room was convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Each employee greeted us with a smile. Will stay again.

BREAKFAST
CLUNKY SLOW front desk computer -- could not process credit card transactions--took almost thirty minutes to buy a bottle of water from the overpriced "gift and convenience store in the lobby. Many comparibly priced hotels have free ice water and coffee in lobby--not to mention cookies and fruit

It was okay...we were there for a funeral and so it was not the best of situations.
We had asked that our room not be cleaned...just needed towels, shampoo, and coffee. They cleaned it anyway and emptied the trash cans. There were golf balls in one of them that we were taking home and they were gone.

The room, location, and parking were fine for us.
The breakfast was too crowded (there was a large group eating), and the food quality was so-so.

I asked if there was the ability to leave car at the hotel over weekend since I was traveling Thursday-Sunday and was staying at hotel Wed and Sun night. The clerk told me yes on the phone but did not tell me there was a $5 a day charge. I left my car and paid the $5 but would have liked to know in advance, there are other hotels that do not charge for this service.

Did not know that it was a pet friendly hotel. Pets were not mentioned in the write up of the hotel. Thicker blankets or comforters would have been nice.
