The staff were very accommodating and friendly, complying quickly with every request. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The facilities were adequate - the bed was firm, the air conditioning unit was quiet and efficient, and the area was as quiet as could be expected with the Thruway running nearby.
The runner in the hall was stained by grease spots in several areas and looked like it needed cleaning/replacing. Perhaps a darker fabric would mitigate this, since I know it's subject to heavy traffic. This was more than offset by the positive features of the hotel.

I was very comfortable in my little room with my own terrace!
Little things could be replaced or fixed, like the ceiling fans or some mildew in shower, but overall i have no complaints. i will be there next year.

We knew where it was because we stayed there before. Close to West Point which was the reason for the visit.
We had to switch rooms after the tub would not drain because the non slip mat in the tub had started coming off. While we were given another room right away there was no apology for the inconvience, we had already unpacked and been in the room for a few hours. In the new room there was a ladies night gown hung on the bathroom door. If they missed that...what else didn't get taken care or?

J'aimais seulement qu'il était proche de l'événement j'assistais et les gaufres étaient bons.
Cet Hôtel est épouvantablement sale! La salle de bain avait quelque chose éclaboussé sur le mur et ressemblait à une merde sur le sol. Il était dégoûtante. Il y avait des empreintes de mains sur le mur de la chambre à coucher. Quelqu'un a laissé colliers fluorescents sur les lampes et la femme de ménage n'a jamais pris la peine de les supprimer. Le lit était dur. Globalement ce n'est pas un endroit agréable pour séjourner.

L'emplacement, il est près de l'aéroport.
Les deux gars qui ont travaillé à la réception. Une promis d'avoir le coffre-fort fixé, il n'a jamais été fait. L'autre gars sur le jour de notre départ, quand j'ai dit bonjour, il nous regardait comme si nous avions deux têtes "si vous n'aimez pas votre travail, quittez."
