The location cannot be beaten for Broadway shows. Wonderful views of Times Square. Relatively large rooms for NYC. Elevators are plentiful. Revolving rooftop restaurant.
No minibar or fridge in room.

The feeling of luxury, elegance and opulence
The front of office staff were excellent. Unfortunately the bar staff were very ordinary for a hotel of this reputation and price. Service was slow and the bar closed for both food and drinks earlier than anticipated. We didn't expect to have to call for service and for menus

Our room was magnificent !!!
The prices for breakfast were very expensive. We could not afford to eat at the hotel therefore it was an inconvenience to have to go elsewhere
