All of the customer service folks were great! Especially Sade! She gave us great restaurant recommendations and treated us like family! It really made all the difference. We would recommend this hotel highly and come back in a heartbeat!

The service was great! Steve was really nice in the bar. One of the front desk staff helped my husband with some special requests (sorry, do not know this person's name).
Yes, the noise in the elevator was annoying. We got used to it but that's why I didn't give 10's in a few areas. Still, overall good value and great service!

The Best Western Premier was a really nice quant hotel. The staff was awesome very clean breakfast buffet was tops. The only step back was the size of the room. There were 3 of us and it was pretty tight. But all in all a nice stay. Yes I would stay at the BWP again for sure.
Just the room size and I'm sure for a tad more you could get that bigger room. Also would have liked a small refrigerator in the room.
