The room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very good. The shuttle service was convenient.

Walls are so thin when someone opened or closed it sounded like our door. Room was extremely dusty and dirty. Carpet in hallway was torn and coming up caused me to trip. Kids running the hallway could be heard even though they were being overly loud. Room was on third floor apparently over top of bar area and load music kept us from sleeping. I would. Not recommend.

Close to many attractions. Shuttle but we didn't actually need. Indoor pool.
Our stay was wonderful except initially we were put on 3rd floor above the club downstairs. Very loud music kept us awake (We have 2 young kids) quite a while so we ended up moving to the 8th floor. It was more of an inconvenience than anything. We were given $30 toward meals which did help.
It's just something to mention to guests.

The friendliness of the staff and how efficient the room staff were.
Only the distance from Downtown Nashville - transport costs were high.

Everyone was so helpful.....I was with a really large High School group and everything was handled just wonderful!
While my specific room said it was non-smoking.....I could still smell that at one time it had been a smoking room.

No water when arrived. Stood in line for 15 minutes to get seat to eat breakfast. Stood in line another 15 minutes at breakfast bar. Couldn't get waitress to bring another drink or my check. Computer system down & would not take credit card.
