We stayed over New Years Eve. There was plenty to do in the Center, with opportunity to celebrate formally, informally and with family.
We had to wait about an hour for our room to be ready even though we arrived after 4:00pm. When it was ready we were given several different instructions on where to pick up a room key. In the end a desk clerk at 'on line' check in took it upon herself to create our room keys even though we were not in the 'right' place. We do understand it was a busy time.

Loved the atmosphere, the decorations and just the feel of the whole place. Loved just walking around and taking it all in.

Loved the fact we did not have to leave the hotel for anything. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and plenty of fun and things to do geared around the Christmas season.

Check in was a breeze and we checked in early and our room was ready. Fantastic room, with a very comfortable bed. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly.

I loved our room in the Delta. Had a great view of the place and all the Chrismas decorations. We went to the Gatlin Brothers dinner show and it was great. Each year I need to come to the Opryland Hotel at Christmas. It is so relaxing and beautiful. Had a great quick visit.
