We left a power cord to a tablet in room 337. we had a difficult time talking with someone who could help us locate the cord. we never did retrieve the cord.

The Hotel has a good exercise room and a really good complemntary breakfast. The room was very clean and I had no complainats.

Almost everything. All of the complimentary amenities: Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Tea and cookies in the lobby at the end of the ski day; washer and dryer usage; the rather generous breakfast. Daily maid service each of the 7 days. Easy access to and from the parking areas.
Things that would be hard to fix; Heating/AC units that cannot be left in the "On" position, and which therefore cycle on and off all night.. Hearing the water run in nearby rooms.

The breakfast was good, the main entry of the hotel gives a deceiving appearance, makes it feel like it is a nicer hotel, but most of the money seems to be in the entrance. Think of it like lip stick on a pig! Staff was accomadating and friendly.
The room was not clean crumbs were on the night stand when we checked in, also other then the crown moulding in the room, everything else was run down. Their pool area was in serious need of repair. Given the price paid and the location being where I needed, I would stay again but definetly could be much better with just a little repairing.
