The room was amazing. Very nice - much better than expected. Comfy bed, loved the lighting and decor.

The staff were wonderful during our stay. They were kind and helpful and patient with our young and tired children! We loved the spacious room (upgraded to a larger space!) and found the rooms/kitchen well appointed. It was a perfect place to stay with children as we made great use of the kitchen. The breakfast in the morning was perfect for us! We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
The location is central however public transport isn't particularly easy to access. It's absolutely fine but not ideal with younger children who prefer not to walk a long way! Still, I would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and spacious room; very attentive staff; the daily breakfast was well stocked and the service staff during breakfast was supreme. Well done!
I would have liked a spa/hot tub in the pool area.

Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. Everyone, without exception, was helpful to my frail elderly Mother.
We had the use of a disabled suite which was wonderful. However, for someone who needs assistance showering, a moveable shower head with hose would be good. It was difficult wihtout one. A suggestion.
