The staff was so friendly and accommodating. THe breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay when visiting family again...and the price was right!

The beds were comfy. The shower was so refreshing. The bar was cozy. The food was absolutely wonderful in the am.
The check in clerk (Karin) was ovberwhelmed when we arrived. Way to busy at 11:00pm. The bar maid that evening (3/1/13) only had four people in the bar when my friend and I came in. Made a terrible old fashion for us and when we wanted something else was too busy talking and we called the kitchen man to come and draft us a beer. Unexceptable in my eyes. Waitress in Sat morning was a crank. But since food was good we decided just not to tip her as much as we all thought we should.

I liked the hotel staff, the rooms were nicely furnished and the bathrooms , while older, were attractive and functional. location is outstanding, and parking during the week was such a nice feature.
Unfortunately, the hallways and common areas were not clean- they needed a good vacuuming and floors were grimy_ which then makes one question wether the pool was kept clean and up to standard. The bar kitchen closed early, so some few things were available but quality of beef in "sliders" was not good.

Había varias cosas que estaba decepcionado con este hotel. La instalación de cañerías dejó un poco que desear, las cosas no estaban bien cuidadas (había grietas en las paredes, etc), y el desayuno que ofrece el hotel era comestible. Nos habíamos alojado en este hotel hace aproximadamente 7 años, y las cosas han ido cuesta abajo desde entonces gravemente. Muy decepcionante.
