After a long flight, arriving at the Best Western was very much needed. easy check in, hassle free. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect way to end a vacation and night. Would say again.

Very fast access to General Mitchell Airport via hotel shuttle. Shuttles were full for the 5:30 run and staff arranged an additional shuttle for us. Very much apprciated!
It was difficult to find a parking spot. Went around the property 3 times and drove up on someone leaving and took that spot.

Its nice there ,we stay there at least 1 a year,the pool area it in great shape.
The only thing that was not to our liking was the parking lot, it had a lot of ice on it,after telling the front desk..nothing was done the two days we where there.

The bed was clean. the cost was resonable
The door didn't shut well. it was noisy. the window didn't open well. the dining was very expensive and very slow. one of the exit doors ( 3 ) was open and left that way for a long time.
