Almost everything. Airlines lost her bag staff was amazingly helpful over the two day slog of trying to retrieve them. Always friendly always professional. Gracias Hugo. Hotel is beautiful. Good snacks in lobby.
Our flight was rerouted and we had to book a last-minute hotel. We ended up paying 50% more for the first night. I suppose it's just business but still 50% seems rather extreme and felt taken advantage of. Buffet breakfast was rather pricey. Looked nice, but we skipped it given the many amazing options available at a fraction of the cost. Usually, international hotels at this level breakfast is included.
