Better than I remembered from a few years ago. Feels like a new hotel with the charm intact.

Breakfast-food, service and dining area
I was extremely disappointed since I did not get the King bed room I reserved and paid for; we were given a small queen room in a bad location-first room off the lobby. Upon seeing the room, I immediately went to the front desk to tell them I reserved a king bed room and the man at the desk said it was a king bed and would not accommodate us; I even asked him to come to the room and observe the bed which he did not do. Very rude service and no compensation for the lesser quality room.

Slight musty hallway smell.

EVERYTHING! It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at.
It's so beautiful! The staff is so helpful & your shuttle service
is outstanding. It was our first time, but we will stay there each
time we head that way!

We like the location and have stayed already several times at this hotel.
The room had only one bedside table and lamp. My wife and I both read before going to sleep. Difficult with only one lamp !- Shampoo was not replaced after use, no coffee on the day of departure.

We chose the hotel and location for sentimental reasons - recapture some of our past.
There appeared to be very few people staying there. However, the most convenient access to the room was from the second level of the parking garage. We liked this, but we saw very few guests. The pool was not heated or inviting. The day was windy and cool, but leaves, etc. had not been removed from the pool or patio areas. The staff volunteered minimal information. We felt that they should have offered more information about the hotel and the city, including a full city map (not just a small partial map of the immediate area). The staff was responsive to questions.

We love the interior courtyard with the fountain and the palms and the rooms with the balconies.
The prices in the dining room for breakfast were OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!
