Beautifully decorated room with spectacular lake views. Everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating, especially the bar and wait staff. I've never had such a wonderful room service breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and piping hot when delivered. Kudos to you and your staff, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Landmark and plan on coming back next fall.

Two restaurants and top floor bar were excellent! Location can’t be beat—easy walking distanceto shops, restaurants, and Lakefront. Staff was incredibly helpful. We had room with a view of the lake—everyone should request this! Bike-friendly. Every room has different period decor.
Grand old hotel so rooms are small. Newly redecorated bathroom was fabulous though!

Would be nice to have electrical outlets with USB ports next to the bed to plug in cell phones, I pads etc...(Leviton T5632-W OR Bestten multi outlet wall adapter)see on Amazon. We have stayed here several times and look forward to coming back soon!

Extremely quiet rooms. historic hotel tastefully modernized. exquisite and unique public areas.
Basement ballroom audio system was barely usable and the staff did not know how to operate it. could not figure out how to open guest room windows.
