Very comfortable, bed was so nice and relaxing. Also very easy to access from LAX

The staff is great

Hotel was great even under renovations I do want to mention we had to wait around an hour for the airport shuttle. the hotel had 3 shuttles running but 2 of them were not announcing they were from the hotel. there was an amazing African American lady driving one shuttle who was going out of her way to stop for everyone. I do not remember her name but she was great & really wanted to help every one trying to get to the ren hotel. the other drivers were useless

The staff were outstanding. It was like staying with family. There are some renovations going on that make the entrance a bit focusing but the staff were omnipresent to help all guests find their way and then they showed us the plans for the new entryway -their enthusiasm was so infectious. The rooms were so nice appointed and the price so reasonable I don't usually think about booking a hotel near the airport when in Los Angeles, but I will definitely do that in the future as the location is so convenient and the vibe was so positive. The cafe was very good - a good selection of food at reasonable prices.

I found the lounge less convivial than the rest of the spaces at the hotel. But only because you asked - if you could make the lounge perfect, you'd have a 1000% great hotel!! I was a woman traveling on work by myself and there was no space that allowed me to watch the TVs without either being in the middle of the room, or being sent to a little table away from the other guests. Maybe an area with plants and small tables? I'm sure you'll figure it out.

The pool was nice but no one used it because it was too cold. Everyone was using the hot tub , even children. Pool seemed to be under 80 degrees. Too cold to use.

When the room they gave had a cigarette smell ( even though the hotel is non-smoking) they changed our room quickly and pleasantly.
