The staff was nice & professional.
The bed was very uncomfortable!! And, the window air conditioner was very noisy and did not work real well.

The staff are very nice and helpful
The shallow service is realy great thing
The food is very tasety
The internet service was very slow and not available most of the time
It will be nice if the hardware (computer & printer) that are assigned for your visitors should not require credit cards

Location to the event I was attending.
The large clean in room Jacuzzi.
The bathroom had zero privacy from the rest of the room.
The rude pet owners in the adjacent room letting there dogs bark for hours at 5:30am
