The room was awesome and we love being right downtown so we can walk to the many wonderful restaurants London has to offer. This is the first time we had the coach rooms and enjoyed the drinks in the evening and the breakfast was awesome in the morning. The front desk staff were amazing - Ms. McCoubrey was very helpful and pointed out the newly renovated rooms for our next stay. Very very good experience.
The room was missing an iron which was a bit of an issue since we had reservations for dinner and had to call down for the iron but staff brought it up quite quickly so it was ok. Other than that - great place to stay. Next time we will have to try out the pool.
