They had the best valet service ever iit beats
e Mandalay Excalibar and the staff at Circus Circus was much nicer than Mandalay Bay and Excalibar Excalibar have the worst service

Everything was perfect at time of arriving, didn't wait too long to get helped to check in, and specially the suggestion to upgrade my room to a better one, that's customer service.
The thing that we didn't like it was that the ice machine in the floor where we were staying is was broken, we had to go to a different floor to get ice.

It was comfortable not to far from everything else. staff was helpful and friendly. price deal I got for booking 2rooms for the weekend was a really good deal thank you. I look forward to booking with u guys again soon
