The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The location provides easy access to the city in general. The restaurant is good with good food at more the reasonable prices. The beds are comfortable and facilities in reasonably good condition. I enjoy my time here....am a repeat customer. I like the parking lot security a lot!

We had a wonderful stay it was my husbands birthday so we went to steak house he loved rons steak house and in morning we had the breakfast buffet which is very good we come to Arizona. Charlie's once a week so I felt it would be fun on my husbands birthday awesome customer service awesome, we slept well awesome we will do it again some time when its a specail time again

Ease of getting around in the casino and hotel,the rooms were clean
No coffee makers and refrig in the rooms also,I thought the resturant sourdough left a little to be desired...
