The location was good as the rooms are back from the main road and therefor noise was not a problem. the Motel is pretty old and the room smelt very musty. I had to open all windows in order to be able to sleep in the room.
I think it is time to upgrade the facility. The heater unit in the room was totally rusted and not very appealing to look at.

The bed was comfortable. Pillows were good too.
No coffee maker
No cable tv, only satelite
No hair dryer unless you get one from front desk
Asked for extra towels and toilet paper and was told the maid comes tomorrow
Very low water pressure in shower
When towels were replaced, received a dirty/stained one
Tried to turn on heat but no heat came out.
Exhaust in bathroom was very loud and didn't remove steam
No extra blanket in the room
Maid did not vacuum

The woman in the lobby was nice. I assume she was the owner. The room was clean. It wasn't fancy but the price was very good. The wireless internet worked well.
The television was hard to figure out. There was no channel guide and it took forever to find channels. I think if there was some kind of channel guide in the room it would help the guests.
There were no facial tissues in the room even though there was a container for them on the wall. The room was adequate for the price.
The towels have seen better days. They were small and thin.
