Close to food etc.
Did not replenish towels. Did not empty ice bucket, did not leave new plastic liner. Expensive almost 600.00 for 2 nights, would expect better service. Always a wait at front desk.

The location was nice, right on the boardwalk close to everything
We got there late, after 4pm. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. There were cleaning carts in front of our room all evening. Out of all the staff there, the only person who said good morning or afternoon was the cleaning staff.

Great seaside location, close to the marina, excellant selection of restaurants and bars which were all very close. We chose this area as we were wanting to visit the NASA Space Station which was only a 10min drive away. Really loved our stay there and would certainly return

I did like staying right there in Kemah that's what we wanted. No driving and all the fun right there. That was excellent and exactly what we wanted.
The hotel was dirty. There were bugs in four different areas of the room (which I took pictures). There was a long hair on the lamp shade, which I also took a picture of. I called to asked for another room and they told me there was nothing available. I felt like since I used a service and paid less they put me in the room for "those" costomers. Also, the room was load being right above all the action on the boardwalk whick at night i expected but I didn't think it would be load in the mornings as well. Total bad experience. Very bummed out because we were extremely excited!

Great location. Centrally located so walking to any attraction on the boardwalk is easy and comfortable. The staff is polite and very knowledgeable. I recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Kemah.
