1) Most (mind you not all) of the front desk staff were extremely nice, helpful, professional, and really made you feel sincerely welcomed.
1) I am only 5'10" and found the toilet way to low. 2) My wife fell in tub while taking a shower. The tub is way too slippery when bare feet are on the wet tub surface. Rubber mats are needed as a minimum. 3) Found dirt and hair on bathroom surfaces after room was cleaned.(could have been from using a dirty rag?).

It would have been nice to have had a cocktail lounge available to relax for a while instead of staying in our room or having to leave the premises. Any chance you will add one?
