Ease of being on campus.

In Taverna Banfi our waitress Zhallena Mallard went way out of her way to help my wife Carol with her dietary need restrictions. Extra time and attention was successful in 3 pleasant meals and a takeout

The location is great because it is right on campus. For the price I am paying, my expectation of staff, cleanliness, comfort, and services were met. Most of the staff I ran into, with the exception of housekeeping, appeared to be students. I think they were great and comparable to professional staff in other hotels I stayed at.

The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. All staff we encountered were helpful, beyond expectations. It was refreshing to have students as, for example, bartenders! The woman tending the Regents bar late at night suggested the Vietnamese sandwich, no longer on the menu,for me, a vegetarian - it was delicious! The shop in the lobby was superior. I appreciated the stationery bike. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with such thoughtful service (Martin Weisbrot, server)- and extras (fresh-squeezed orange juice free after I discovered and almost bit into a stone among the nuts). I'm glad the whole hotel was smoke free. It was good to have such excellent accommodations the night before my cousin's funeral, the reason for my visit to Ithaca. It contributed to my successful presentation there.

I would have appreciated a higher toilet seat and lower bathtub rim.

I loved being helped by students in training. They were so helpful, so friendly, and so wanting to do a terrific job. It was a pleasure to have stayed in such a beautiful setting on campus; I only wish this were the start of visits to Cornell rather than the end of my child's time at Cornell. Thank you for a memorable close to a four year journey. Well done!!!

I liked everything.

Always consistent. Very well run. Very clean. Very comfortable. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Last minute reservations not possible but it's understandable

Loved the location. View from my room was great. Room very comfortable with good beds, Staff friendly and could answer any questions I had. Check and valet parking smooth. Enjoyed the stay.

Somewhat expensive but worth it.
