Very Comfortable. Very Clean. The staff was kind and helpful.
The parking situation is unreasonable. Especially for visitor parking, it's a little expensive.

Room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and even a bit intuitive of my questions.
It was difficult to get the air conditioning unit turned off - the fan was very loud. The bathroom had a make up mirror but no hair dryer (not sure why one and not the other).

The convience of the Galleria shops and resturants..
The hotel could use an update/upgrade to more luxury facility ( Closer to 5 star ). The exterior is ok.
