The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed eating in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. There were plenty of choices on the menu.

I service was excellent. They brought us to the Galleria and picked us up at no charge. Forgot my toothbrush and receive in immediately. The staff wAs very cordial. Rooms clean and hotel in a wonderful location.

Excellent service, staff very professional and helpful. we felt comfortable and relaxed. we were impressed.
Not really, with the understanding this hotel was built in 1980. the only thing I would suggest is some suite updates with new carpet, paint and bedding. With that said, we were quite comfortable.
