Only one working of 3 elevators my entire stay. And I was on 12th floor

I liked how close we were to the downtown shops and really everything we wanted to do.
The vending machines only have soda and 1 kind of vitamin water. There needs to be bottled water in the machines.

The rooms are beautiful, food in the restaurant is great.
The cleaning staff should pay more attention to detail.. coffee for the second day was left, but no cups nor glasses.

Front desk people were nice
Price compared to embassy suites not good based on what was offered at embassy. Free made to order breakfast, free happy hour, live lobby entertainment
